Permite visualizar la ubicaci\u00f3n exacta de cada vivienda y las caracter\u00edsticas geogr\u00e1ficas de su entorno por medio de diversas capas, como son: c\u00f3digos postales, per\u00edmetros de contenci\u00f3n urbana, equipamiento educativo, equipamiento de salud, vialidades y estaciones, equipamiento de abasto, servicios urbanos, l\u00edmites administrativos, pol\u00edgonos urbanos estrat\u00e9gicos, pol\u00edgonos PROCURHA, aspectos f\u00edsicos geogr\u00e1ficos e inventario de suelos. Antecedentes del Sistema Geoportal<\/b><\/p>

Hasta el 2020, el RUV contaba con dos plataformas geogr\u00e1ficas para la visualizaci\u00f3n de capas geoespaciales, con la particularidad que ninguna era considerada como tal un Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n Geogr\u00e1fica (SIG), y requer\u00eda el pago en licenciamiento por uso de softwares especializados (ArcGIS Server y ArcGIS online):<\/p>

SIG 5.0. Plataforma geogr\u00e1fica que permit\u00eda la visualizaci\u00f3n, al p\u00fablico en general, de diferentes capas geoespaciales relacionadas con la vivienda; con licenciamiento para uso en ArcGIS Server y ArcGIS online.<\/p>

Registro Nacional de Reservas Territoriales (RENARET). Visor desarrollado para los oferentes de vivienda con el objetivo de registrar y visualizar las reservas territoriales que tienen destinadas a vivienda<\/p>

Descripci\u00f3n (Objetivo):<\/b><\/p>

El Geoportal es un Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n Geogr\u00e1fica (SIG) web que permite visualizar capas geoespaciales, consultar informaci\u00f3n tabular de la informaci\u00f3n cargada, realizar diferentes an\u00e1lisis geoespaciales y crear mapas b\u00e1sicos a trav\u00e9s de los visores geogr\u00e1ficos habilitados<\/p>

para el p\u00fablico en general, o de consulta privada; \u00e9stos \u00faltimos se refieren a productos adaptados a usuarios especializados, con informaci\u00f3n geoespacial correspondiente a la tem\u00e1tica del visor y con acceso controlado.<\/p>

El Geoportal cuenta con 18 visores geogr\u00e1ficos, tanto p\u00fablicos como privados, los cuales cuentan con diferentes capas geoespaciales agrupadas en categor\u00edas tales como: equipamiento educativo, equipamiento de salud, rutas y transporte, servicios urbanos, l\u00edmites administrativos, Pol\u00edgonos Urbanos Estrat\u00e9gicos, aspectos f\u00edsicos geogr\u00e1ficos, Inventario de suelo, Per\u00edmetros de Contenci\u00f3n Urbana, \u00c1reas Geoestad\u00edsticas B\u00e1sicas, Zonas UTM y Oferta.<\/p>

P\u00fablico Objetivo:<\/b><\/p>

El Geoportal fue desarrollado para consulta del p\u00fablico en general, aunque tambi\u00e9n cuenta con la opci\u00f3n de consulta especializada (acceso controlado), seg\u00fan la tem\u00e1tica del visor a consultar.<\/p>

Restricciones del Sistema:<\/b><\/p>

El Visor Geogr\u00e1fico del RUV fue desarrollado utilizando software libre o de c\u00f3digo abierto, lo cual permite la navegaci\u00f3n sin ninguna restricci\u00f3n a los usuarios externos, adem\u00e1s de cumplir con los est\u00e1ndares geogr\u00e1ficos internacionales, permitir la compatibilidad con otros sistemas geogr\u00e1ficos (interoperabilidad), y otorgar al usuario una caja herramientas que le permite crear un sinf\u00edn de visores con diversas tem\u00e1ticas dependiendo de la informaci\u00f3n geoespaciales existente.<\/p>
